Refund policy

At Asaanjoo, we carefully curate and pack every order to ensure it reaches you in the best possible condition.

1. No Returns & No Exchanges

All Asaanjoo products are sold on a No Return and No Exchange basis.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for:

  • Change of mind

  • Personal preference

  • Incorrect product selection

  • Colour preference

  • Size or design preference

  • Products no longer required

Please review the product details carefully before placing your order.

2. Damaged or Incorrect Products

If you receive a product that is damaged, defective or different from what you ordered, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide:

  • Order number

  • Clear photographs of the package and product

  • An unboxing video, where available

Our team will review the claim and determine whether the issue qualifies for a replacement or refund.

3. Refunds

Refunds are provided only in cases where Asaanjoo verifies that the order was damaged, defective or incorrectly fulfilled.

If a refund is approved, it will generally be processed to the original payment method. The time taken for the amount to reflect in your account may depend on the payment gateway or bank.

4. Missing Items

If any item is missing from your kit, please contact us promptly with your order details and supporting photographs/video.

After verification, we may arrange a replacement of the missing item or provide another suitable resolution.

5. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are generally non-refundable, except where the issue is verified to have resulted from an error on the part of Asaanjoo.

6. Incorrect Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete shipping address and contact details.

Asaanjoo will not be responsible for delivery issues resulting from an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer.

7. Order Cancellation

Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not been processed or shipped.

Once an order has been shipped, it cannot normally be cancelled.
