1. About Asaanjoo
Asaanjoo offers thoughtfully curated celebration, festival, gifting and ritual kits.
2. Products & Product Variations
We make every effort to display accurate product images, descriptions and specifications.
As our kits may contain curated or handcrafted items, minor variations in colour, design, packaging or appearance may occur. Such variations will not be considered a product defect.
3. Kit Contents
The contents of each kit are specified on the respective product page.
If a particular item becomes unavailable, Asaanjoo may replace it with a similar or equivalent item of equal or higher value, while maintaining the overall theme and value of the kit.
4. Pricing & Payment
All prices displayed on the website are in Indian Rupees (INR).
Prices and offers may change without prior notice. The price applicable at the time of successful order placement will generally apply.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate payment, billing and contact information.
5. Order Confirmation
Once an order is successfully placed, an order confirmation may be sent to the customer's registered email address, phone number or WhatsApp.
Asaanjoo reserves the right to cancel an order due to product unavailability, incorrect pricing, incorrect customer information, suspected fraudulent activity or other unforeseen circumstances.
6. Order Cancellation
Cancellation requests may be accepted only if the order has not yet been processed or shipped.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation may not be possible.
Any eligible refund will be processed through the original payment method or another method determined by Asaanjoo.
7. No Return & No Exchange
All Asaanjoo products are sold on a No Return and No Exchange basis.
Once an order has been delivered, it cannot be returned or exchanged due to change of mind, personal preference, colour preference, incorrect selection or any other reason.
Customers are requested to carefully review the product details before placing an order.
8. Damaged or Incorrect Products
If you receive a damaged, defective or incorrect product, please contact Asaanjoo at connectassanjo@gmail.com or 7987839281 as soon as possible after delivery.
Please provide your order number along with clear photographs and/or an unboxing video showing the package and product.
After reviewing the issue, Asaanjoo may provide an appropriate resolution where the issue is verified to have occurred before or during delivery.
9. Shipping & Delivery
Orders will be shipped to the delivery address provided by the customer during checkout.
Estimated delivery timelines may vary depending on the destination, courier partner, product availability, holidays, weather conditions and other circumstances beyond our control.
Asaanjoo is not responsible for delays caused by courier partners, incorrect addresses, incomplete contact information or the unavailability of the recipient.
10. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address and contact number.
If an order cannot be delivered due to an incorrect or incomplete address or the recipient being unavailable, additional shipping charges may apply for re-delivery.
11. Promotional Offers
Discount codes, promotional offers and special campaigns may have separate terms, validity periods and eligibility requirements.
Offers cannot be combined unless specifically stated by Asaanjoo.
Asaanjoo reserves the right to modify or withdraw promotional offers without prior notice.
12. Intellectual Property
All website content, including photographs, videos, graphics, product designs, text, logos, illustrations and branding, belongs to Asaanjoo or its respective owners.
No content may be copied, reproduced, modified, distributed or commercially used without prior written permission.

Fraudulent orders, misuse of the website, attempts to interfere with website functionality or any unauthorised use of our content or services are prohibited.
