At Asaanjoo, we want your celebration kits to reach you safely and on time.

1. Free Shipping Across India 

We offer FREE SHIPPING PAN INDIA on all eligible Asaanjoo orders.

There are no additional shipping charges for standard delivery within India.

2. Order Processing

Orders are generally processed and dispatched within 1–3 business days after successful order confirmation.

During festivals, sale periods and high-demand seasons, processing may take slightly longer.

3. Delivery Time

After dispatch, delivery generally takes approximately 3–7 business days, depending on the delivery location and courier service.

Remote and certain serviceable areas may require additional delivery time.

4. Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, tracking details may be shared with you through your registered phone number, email or other available communication channels.

You can use the tracking information to check your shipment status.

5. Delivery Delays

Delivery timelines are estimates and may be affected by:

  • Courier delays

  • Weather conditions

  • Festivals and public holidays

  • Natural events

  • Incorrect or incomplete delivery information

  • Remote delivery locations

  • Other circumstances beyond our control

Asaanjoo will make reasonable efforts to assist with delayed shipments but cannot guarantee delivery on a specific date.

6. Incorrect Shipping Address

Customers are responsible for providing the correct and complete delivery address and contact number at checkout.

Asaanjoo will not be responsible for delays, failed deliveries or additional charges resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer.

7. Failed Delivery / Re-delivery

If a shipment is returned to Asaanjoo because the customer was unavailable, refused delivery, provided an incorrect address or failed to receive the shipment, re-shipping may be subject to additional charges.

8. Damaged Package

If your package appears damaged at the time of delivery, we recommend recording an unboxing video and taking clear photographs of the package and products.

If the product inside is damaged or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible with your order details and supporting evidence.
